It seems every single smaller poodle mix is white in color. A search of poodle mixes yields dozens of photos of white dogs. Either white is extremely common, or perhaps the dogs are bred for this color.
Poodles should have low dander. However, this trait may or may not be shared by the poodle mix. Violet leaves little white dust bunnies everywhere. It is truly amazing how much white dust builds on everything. The rapid pace is staggering and tough to keep on top of. But Violet does have the tight curls of a poodle, and she requires grooming to trim the coat and prevent matting.
Another common trait of the poodle mixes seems to be a fondness for the belly rub. Violet will instantly roll over on her back when you pet her to expose her belly. She loves the belly rub. In fact, sometimes she sleeps on her back, paws in the air, in belly rub position. Again, seeing other photos on the internet leads me to believe many poodle mixes to this.
Poodles are intelligent, and Violet inherited this trait. She loves to untie or untangle things. She will stand on a knotted rope tug or sock and pull on it until she unties it. Sometimes she uses her front paws like a hands to grasp the object as she works on it. She is very fast at unraveling things. She gets very excited when she sees me tie a toy up in knots, anticipating that it is for her to play with.
